Historically we lose the House regardless of voter suppression at the two year mark, but we lost a lot of red seats in 2020, and if voters give us credit for a strong economy and the pandemic ending, assuming that's the reality in 2022, then we could hold.

Same goes for the Senate where they have more to defend than we do. Or, any number of things could happen to lose both Houses.

You can throw out whatever estimate you want, you don't have any special knowledge or access to declare it all lost. It's a prediction, which is one of many at this point.

Any number of things can happen to change the environment for good or bad nationally or in a specific race. I'm pretty sure you nor I predicted Doug Jones would be facing off with a child predator and would actually win 18 months out.

So I really don't care if you want to belittle me as being naive because I think we should continue to fight and I don't believe anything is lost or impossible. I do care that folks with that mindset of it's all over depress turnout and create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

It's not all over, we can win, but it will take everything we have, so get on board or step aside so the rest of us can get to work.
