But we have been trailing behind and constantly playing defense while the other side has come very close to getting some knockout blows.

We had the Benghazi commission that was run by one side 10 times to the point of absolute absurdity that repeatedly came up with the obvious answer. But then that led to emails, and then to something else, and then to Anthony Weiner and then to James Comey a few weeks before the 2016 election.... And along with foreign internet troll farms interfering with the election and 24/7 propaganda? Yeah, that moved some balls and changed some minds and we got the unmitigated disaster to democracy called Trump installed.

The other side does not play by the rules and we need to get that through our collective heads.

The GOP often obscures reality successfully, or at least enough to sow viable doubts, so yes we need a REAL 1/6 commission that leaves no doubt as to what happened and who was responsible and we need to ram it home again and again and again. And we need criminal charges brought, otherwise we are fools who will simply be bowled over at the next attempt to seize power.
