but the difference here is that the owner or representative of the business had to ask the person to leave first and if they refused, then they could be trespassed and if they still refused to leave, they could be arrested for refusing to leave after NRS 207.200 was read to them, now, they can be charged with a misdemeanor just for coming on the property.
