Do you think Joe Scarborough is correct about this matter? [View all]

He has been repeatedly insisting that though Joe Manchin is that front man and taking all the heat for it, there are other Democrats that are unwilling to change the filibuster to eliminate or even change the filibuster. Sinema counts as another one, but she's been up front about so he's implying there is even more quiet opposition to the idea than is generally thought.
