22. Why 60 votes? Why not 90 or 75 or 58 or 55 or 52?

Anyone with common sense can see its totally arbitrary. Why not make every vote have to be all 100 Senators for goodness sake?

This 60 vote nonsense is completely senseless. So don't bother having a democracy then because this is certainly not democratic in any way.
