In reply to the discussion: FLOTUS fit for the queen [View all]Botany
(77,452 posts)3. Joe and Jill know how to dress and act.
I am not gay or a fashion person at all but is Jill wearing an English Burberry coat to meet the Queen? That simple gesture showed respect to both the Queen and England. It also made Elizabeth happy. Both Joe and Jill know how to dress an act.
BTW why is everybody happy? Trudeau and Merkle look happy. Now who isnt there? Boris Johnson still looks like a bag of wet kitty litter
. even from behind. Chuck looks like his gin and tonic is taking its toll.

ER looks even happier to meet the Bidens than she was to meet the previous family.

It hasn't been necessary for an American to be "fit" for a queen since 1783.

HRH and FLOTUS are echoing each other's body language. A good sign of amicable interaction.
