4. All of those Russian talking heads say awful things about the US. Screw them

I know enough to know I don't know about diplomacy but my true feeling is I'd like the US to completely ghost Russia and let them hang out to dry. But that's why Biden is president and not me.

But Putin actually still wants the US and Russia to jointly work on cybersecurity! (And last time Trump was very enthusiastic about it until our security officials shut it down) Maybe that would work if the US gave Russia a bunch of fake passwords and websites kind of like the FBI did recently. That might be funny.
