17. Better if Trump is the central figure in the election, worse if local politics is the central figure

Trump did much worse than house Republicans last election. The more Trump inserts himself into the election such as pushing to be speaker of the house, the way better chances of Democrats doing well in 2022. Trump polls terrible in purple districts the Democrats have to have.
