56. If we can license doctors and attorneys, hold them to certain standards

and revoke those licenses for malpractice, why can't we do the same for journalists?

Just a thought off the top of my head. Obviously, a lot of details would have to be worked out. But there is precedent for licensing the practice of constitutional rights.
