I wonder if this was something they realized was up there or if they have farmed out their apparel to outside vendors. I'm sure they aren't stockpiling clothes anymore with less than 100 stores still open.

I'd bet they have a vendor doing all the work and leasing them the use of the site with the SEARs brand.
