I'm not saying to deny treatment which is cruel but those who refuse to get vaccinated and get sick should have to pay for their own treatment when it is completed. Exceptions should be made for those who are unable to get vaccinated but with the widespread availability of the vaccine that group is vanishingly small. Heck, they're even vaccinating folks at the grocery store.
