1. Zippo, with caveats.

(1) Does not apply to people who have medically reasons to not vaccinate.

(2) Announce with 3 months notice, that any COVID hospitalization stays will not be obligated to cover these cases via private/public insurance. Put their money where there COVID breeding mouths are.
