Kant said when you weigh the morality of whether or not to do something you should ask yourself how you would feel if that act was made into a universal law. The unmasked and unvaccinated should be asked how they would feel if everybody refused to wear a mask and get vaccinated. As to smokers they are addicted, as to those who attempt suicide or harm themselves they have emotional problems which mitigate their culpability. They are much different from someone who refuses to get vaccinated. In a just world such selfishness would come with consequences.
