Given that the majority of states have the laws and the State Department opposes the BDS movement, I doubt it will. A federal judge in Arkansas rejected an suit against their law but was reversed by the 8th Circuit, The issue most likely is headed to the SC. Regardless of what happens to the laws it will not stop calls for boycotts of those wanting to boycott Israel.
