Highly unlikely that someone who was vaccinated actually got COVID and almost certainly it wouldn't manifest symptomatically. Owner may have just been testing too aggressively.

Send the employees to their doctor to check for the real underlying conditions.

And with respect to testing, PCR is on the way out. EUA scheduled to be revoked. Word on the street though is that Buffet and Gates already have a dramatically superior product lined up with Mologic which I'm sure we'll be hearing more about, and knowing their history of generosity with health services it'll be readily available.
