Straight up truth about Simone Biles and those who have the nerve to criticize her

Simone Biles was sexually abused by the coach entrusted with her care and responded by opening her own gym to vulnerable gymnasts and mentoring younger girls through possibly the most physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding competitive sport. She is so damned good at her sport that the Olympic Committee literally changed the scoring rules specifically for Biles so that other, lesser athletes wouldn't hurt themselves trying to compete with her. She's won 6 Olympic medals (including 4 golds) and she's maintained her dominance for years in a notoriously punishing sport. And today, she set aside her dreams and desires to do the right thing for her teammates and country by forfeiting her chance at another medal so her team could still stand a chance.

And I see a lot of dudes, (and they're ALL dudes) who look like they break a sweat opening a bag of Doritos and who almost certainly got cut from their JV second string football team and haven't run a mile since, mocking Biles for being "weak". These same dudes who exist in a state of emotionally stunted dipshittery and who haven't challenged themselves to do anything harder than play 8 straight hours of Call of Duty mock her for "cracking under pressure". It's a good thing Biles is too good of a person to track down shitty social media commenters and challenge them to a fight, because she could crack their spines with her calves and still do a full floor routine afterwards.
