22. I suppose you could lie your way into it

Hell... During the earliest distribution of vaccines here in Philly, 1/2 of them, literally 10s of thousands of doses, were being given to people who lied their way in to getting one by claiming to be city residents and weren't, and those giving the vaccines were not turning people away at that time (naturally). The city at the time, and even today, gets its doses directly from the federal government and not as part of the state of PA's regular distribution to all other counties. Later they started requiring proof of city residency.

I think for those who really really do want it though, they could consider participating in one of the trials. Of course that would probably also mean that they would need to do all the follow-up data collection stuff (including probably blood tests and other vitals) that goes with being in a drug/device/biologic trial.
