7. Immune compromised don't always develop antibodies?

My neighbor, who is immune compromised and fully vaccinated, didn’t develop antibodies from the vaccine. That’s important info. Most people in this situation are probably getting that test from their doctors. But people without insurance or with large deductibles, would find this drive up testing cheaper.
