And I would add that he thinks he deserves to be president. He's been stroked all his life - he was a kahuna in the LDS church, which is completely patriarchal and hierarchical - what a bishop says is the word of God, after all; Mormons don't ever dare disagree with their (always male) clergy. And Mormon males get to be "clergy" when they are just teenagers. With the help of his car executive governor dad, he went to the best schools and eventually landed a job as a private equity parasite. As CEO, nobody ever dared disagree with him; he liked being able to fire people. He got richer and richer, never really had to answer to anybody. You can see how outraged he gets when anybody challenges him.

Then there is the White Horse Prophecy: the legend in the LDS church that someday a Mormon will "save" the Constitution and Mormonism will become the state church. Some say Mittens is the "messiah" who will take over the United States for his church. If Mittens believes this, that's really scary.

In any event, I really believe he thinks he's entitled to be president because he's always been totally awesome.
