This is Republican Texas Rep. Travis Clardy.

He tested positive for Covid 10 days ago and is still symptomatic.
But today he showed up to vote at the Texas Capitol just so Republicans can try to break quorum and pass their voter suppression bill.

What's the incubation time for Covid again??
