The UN Security Council is to meet in a couple of hours. [View all]

I heard earlier on one of the cable networks.

What can they do?

It does seem like an urgent matter, especially to the neighbors of Afghanistan.

Will they try to send in a UN Peace Force?

This could turn into a real catastrophe in the next few weeks. Food, fuel, and electricity shortages, random violence, and unknowns.

Interesting to see what the UN will decide to do?
