12. Almost, the ballot has been filled out.. Waiting on my husband to bubble in his form

and then they are off... I've been after him about this.. How hard can it be, he can sit in his chair and fill in his ballot... Doesn't even have to go into the polling place this year.. Just fill in the bubble and I'll drop them off (the mail in cost is 65 cents this year in my county since the ballot is like a book.)
