25. If the internet quack doctor does not have hospital privileges...

...how can he order the hospital to administer.

Can a doctor found on the web order hydrochloroquin? Injections of bleach? Shoving bright lights into the colon?

Must the hospital accept prescribers from outside it's circle of admitting physicians?
