But you put them together much more eloquently. It isn't that I believe Justice was ever fair or that the constitution was really drawn up to include everyone since we all know it was meant for white men who were land holders. It definitely did not include women or Native Americans or Blacks or any other race.

When Democrats decide it is time to fight back, I truly hope they pack the court and while they are doing that, have the determination of Elections be done by popular vote and drop the electoral vote. I doubt we would ever see another Republican president or at least not someone like Trump.
