(4,835 posts)With the exception of a few members of the house. To my knowledge; no major democrat has acknowledged 'vote theft'.
I think the candidates have to be careful how far they go down the path of making accusations. If they can't prove anything; they'll destroy their career.
Someone needs to be caught, prosecuted, convicted and incarcerated. Then we can take steps to change the process. I hope this is the election for that to happen.
Until someone has been caught; the other elections won't be investigated. Until someone is actually convicted; it is difficult to gather the political will to pursue the old elections.
The reason I think we shouldn't talk about it (except to the candidates) is if the opposition has a plan and everyone knows that it is a concern; they might not try. I want someone to get caught. Tagg Romney would be a good one to pull out of the net.
