48. It's more than being an asshole.

Deliberately coughing on someone during a pandemic is an assault that could jeopardize people's health and lives.

She followed her victims in order to endanger them. That's stalking.

An unstable stalker who endangers people's lives in public is a liability to a company's customers and to their other employees.
