These people are lazy. They are lazy, they lack a quality of self-discipline, and they have trouble committing to and executing a plan, of persisting in a plan through difficulty. They have built a mythology around themselves as hard workers, but I'd take a junior equities analyst over one of these guys any day of the week when it comes to hard work and stick-to-it-iveness. They are lazy and undisciplined. They have managed to con themselves and a good number of others that their vices of laziness and lack of discipline and self-control is actually a virtue: freedom or liberty. It's all a sham, and COVID is exposing it.
