I think that we need to first find out why this is taking so long. A good person to take on that question would be Glen Kirschner or someone like him.

Trump is currently obstructing justice (telling Bannon et al to ignore the subpoenas). What is the means for charging him for that? Who is the expert to tell us?

The answer for what we can do will be determined by the answers to the above question.

I'd like to write more but it's late. Maybe tomorrow.
