12. Youngkin was banking on 2 things to win:

1) Low Dem turnout. That's not happening. Dem turnout is expected to exceed 2017 turnout.

2) Voter crossover. This is all Youngkin has left. It comes down to how many Biden voters Youngkin gets to vote for him. This was the big concern with Loudoun county. It's a blue majority county, but has more swing voters than a county like Arlington, and the whole school fiasco thing there may turn Dem voters towards Youngkin.
