I've spent the last 5 years trying to figure out how so many people can associate themselves with such a mean, abusive, narcissistic and egomaniacal jackass like Trump. A man who embodies all the worst qualities a person can have. And I think it's because many of them are just like him. They're also sociopathic and abusive jerks and they need someone to look up to. And they listen to people who are equally like minded, like Alex Jones and Joe Rogan who ignite their anger on a daily basis. Then when the r/HermanCainAwards came along, seeing all the shit they pass around on Facebook only makes things worse.

I used to wonder how groups like the Taliban and ISIS got started. Watching the rise of the Proud Boys and the III%ers, now I get it. And I agree, it's time to lay the smackdown on them. Especially for what they did on January 6th.
