10. Yes, it is unreasonable considering they completely ignored the CBO for BIF and the JCT's BBB score.

Guess what the JCT ruled for BBB? It was fully paid for unlike the ~$250B added to the debt with BIF. They are not being genuine about their deficit concerns for BBB.
