In reply to the discussion: Woman caught on video throwing soup in face of restaurant manager [View all]Prof. Toru Tanaka

The customer wasn't concerned about plastics or she wouldn't have purchased the soup...

From the looks of the woman who threw the soup it doesn't look she is concerned about her health.

She didn't seem concerned about how hot it was if she was throwing it in someone's face

I don't know. Maybe she was drunk or on drugs or just another "Karen." At least there wasn't a fly!

LOL! Never order hot food from doordash - the lid may be melted somewhat by the time it arrives

Common sense doesn't prevail much these days. If you need a case to sue, it helps to be a dumbass!

there's no "full context" that justifies assault. The full context doesn't matter.

Suppose she had a child who had been burnt by the soup and the woman in the shop said "F...k off"

I wouldn't blame her in the unlikely scenario I described. But now I see she wasn't wearing a mask,

The scenario you described is quite, um, creative? Here's the soup-thrower flipping the bird...

Apparently "whats important" is soup at the exact temperature she wants, and not grammar.
