No organization of any authority calls and leaves threatening, nonspecific messages.
You'd be notified by mail or a summons delivery.
As others said, continue to ignore it.
They're programming will quit calling after a while. Those programs are designed to know when they're merely leaving a voicemail. If people never respond, they'll quit calling.
