a group of young girls pose a grave threat to all who encounter them.

*They may with force, tie up both of your hands and make you buy cookies.

*They may wave cardboard signs within tens of feet of your car demanding they wash your car in order for their band to go to Omaha for summer music camp.

Be very aware of gangs of young girls.
