The 5th item listed, the raising of the SALT cap, is far too high anyway, so I have by far the least issue of the 5 things listed if that gets chopped way down, say to around $30K or so. The proposed tax cut as it stands goes almost exclusively (96%) to the top 20% richest Americans and a huge chunk of that part goes only to the top 1%, whose net wealth STARTS at over $11 million and rocket ups from there.
