9. I think they may waiting on the Appeals Court decision at the end of this month?

Judging by the number of subpoenas, one might think the Committee expects them to rule in their favor, even though Trump will appeal the decision. The Supreme Court could put it to sleep rather quickly if they choose. Or they may choose to play politics?

Either way, we should have a much clearer view after the Appeals Court decision, in my opinion.
