I certainly am not happy with a number of appointments to the federal courts made during the Trump presidency. However, I note that when his freak show filed their big lie in the courts, even judges appointed by Trump ruled against him. All of them.

Might there be a few qwak links scattered about in courts? Yes, but I think we are in a really good position in terms of the court cases. I'm a bit more concerned about the mid-terms, though more from the record of mid-terms in my life time.But even there, I think the Democratic Party has the very real potential of making gains.
