It's a scam to sidestep election laws. He'll get campaign donations disguised as advertisement income. He can get unlimited money this way and plenty of his supporters will "advertise" on his website or whatever he sets up. He can fill all kinds of nonsense on his creation and the MAGA's and "Qanon" people will droll over it. He can produce any propaganda or campaign ads he wants.
