47. Yeah, I"m not happy about Kashi either. BUT have you considered an unprocessed option?

Steel cut oats, topped with nuts and seeds, including perhaps some walnuts, chia, and hemp? (especially the hemp, will add protein)

Toss in a few raisins (few!), or some chopped apples, if you can handle the sugar.

Beats anything out of a box, by miles.

Bob's Red Mill has organic quick-cooking steel cut oats. Fix up the bowl the night before (oats plus whatever plus water), put in the fridge, in the morning pop in the microwave at half power for 7-10 minutes, you're good to go.

I like the Kashi cinnamon cheerio knock-off as an occasional alternative, but I've found my oatmeal recipe really works better in my diet as a standard.
