As in, it currently lies in ruins.

And I dunno, I was just down in the Haight a couple months ago. Had a great meal at my fave restaurant.

The City was most def. not 'destroyed'.

Also, the Tenderloin has been flooded with opioids since at least 2001.

BELIEVE me, I know this.

Also, there wouldn't be so many overdoses if opioids were legal and everyone knew exactly what they were buying.

BOOO ramping up the war on drugs to score political points!
