such as the Mafia. But when 30 people rush into a store at once and grab merchandise, and it appears they know exactly what to grab (high end items) then they run out of the store and jump into ten waiting getaway cars, that's organized. Arrests that have been made and stolen property that has been recovered also support that it's an organized effort.

The only positive thing about this is it guarantees felony charges for all involved. And on Bay Area TV staions the news every night lately has stories about arrests being made, property being recovered and felony charges being brought.
