there are so many loopholes in the Electoral College procedure that I believe it calls for the original ballots, I could be wrong. But yeah, there would be a record of the originals.

Then again as member Starfishsaver, a self-pronounced Constitutional scholar, stated here over and over again, nothing could be done to overturn the election on 1/6 because this was just a formality, the states had already validated the results of the election. It sure looks to me like SFS was wrong. We need language to close those loopholes.
