38. Amazing how all those parents can make up those excuses while high on drugs

but apparently spending all their money on drugs helped them think up creative ways to get food, housing, clothing, etc. They probably bake pot brownies for food. Utility bills must be for their drug greenhouses. Education is in the meth labs.
