Alaska is no longer part of that command.

The Commanding General of United States Army Pacific (CG, USARPAC)[1] is the commander of United States Army Pacific, the army service component command of United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). As CG, USARPAC, the holder is responsible for United States Army forces stationed within INDOPACOM's area of operations, including Hawaii, South Korea and Japan. United States Army Alaska was initially under CG, USARPAC's authority until it was transferred to United States Northern Command.[2]

General Flynn (about whom the U.S. Army lied in regard to his participation in the Jan6 refusal to send National Guard to assist Capitol Police) was sent back to the Pacific Command on June 4.
