But a lot of the arguments I've been reading have involved wildly uninformed medical discussion. Biden's policy decisions regarding workplace conditions during a pandemic are necessarily dependent on accurate medical information, and the whole point of OSHA is in the name. Declaring policy regarding public safety illegal without taking the medical facts into account seems shortsighted at best.
