12. Well, they sell ad space through whoever does that, & iiuc ads are bundled...

Often the cable company doesn’t know a specific ad is on (or so they often say) until enough outraged viewers bring it to their attention.

So that is my recommendation: bring it to the attention of the MSNBC honchos. You can start soft, as in, “Perhaps you are unaware of the objectionable content…” or you can start hard, as in, “Sir I am a regular viewer and these gun ads are an abomination. We have an epidemic of gun violence, etc.”

I always encourage people to write.
