And don't forget Cafe Bustelo if you like it dark and strong.

My favorites of all time are Nicaraguan SHG and an unidentified home roast from Yemen that were pure Caramel.

There was also a pretty good local roaster Oakcliff Coffee Roaster who do an Ethiopian that is pure blueberry in natural flavor .
