Assuming these “people familiar with the matter” go on the record under oath.

Six weeks after Election Day would be mid-December, right after the electoral college voted. That’s right about the time Barr gave his notice he was quitting as AG.

Also read today that the January 6 committee has been negotiating with Barr around conditions for his testimony. Barr could certainly be one of those “people familiar with the matter”…
