is that Garland isn't 'going after' certain crimes or actors. The same proponents often seem to be relatively unconcerned with 'convictions' - but they assuredly want 'action taken' - apparently as some sort of visible 'metric' for public consumption. That seems (to me) a little short-sighted and ultimately unproductive. But in any case, the fact that DOJ has brought these charges - negates some of the original premise.
