I'm going to tell my surgeon he/she charges too much for a knee replacement?? OK. That is why I'll walk you thru all the steps to do it yourself. Over the phone even. But I won't get dressed, pack my tools, drive to your house and then have you question my prices. You Tube videos. I'm sure they have them for Dr.'s, right?
